Health … stepped this morning for about 45 minutes and held weights… Didn't lift them, just held them while I stepped. Want a soda so bad, but gonna hold out as long as I can… One Thing That I Learned Today … I already knew this, but I need to practice it more - breathing from my belly, and keeping my mouth shut around my bosses about my personal life. #MistysMovieTrails - Godzilla to     via          (577) NOT TODAY One good thing… good parking spot, just caught the bus… Health … so much snot, but head does not hurt. * Knock on wood * SIDE NOTE: I just weighed myself. I am at 210, not happy about that at all… Have decided to try and loose weight in small bites. I saw a thing on the bus, it said "2 more pounds" it was about recycling, and trying to add 2 more pounds to your recycling, and out of your trash… I think that I will  adopt that… Just loose weight in 2 pound bites… So, that is a new thing that I will be keeping myself accountable for… What I do each day to get to that 2 pounds… No time lines, the trick is not so much to do it, but to keep it off… More water thus less soda, No snacks after 7 (That is gonna be hard) Try to get my steps each day (8,000) Healthier snacks (Nosa is a good one) We will see where we are i...
