Tattoo…You? Do you have a tattoo? If so, what is the story behind your ink? If you do not have a tattoo, what  might you consider getting emblazoned on your skin? I have a tattoo on my left ankle that says ARG WAS HERE. My ex husband wrote that on my shoe on our first date. Then, three days after I got that tattoo, I found out he had a threesome with some of our friends... No kidding. After a few days I decided to get past it and move forward, so I went, with two of the people he slept with, who happened to be 'our friends' to get another tattoo that is supposed to say peace/forgiveness on my right calf... When my son was four, a few years later, he asked me why my leg said VD (because looking at that tat side ways, it totally looks like VD!) I said to him because I am glad that is the only VD I have from your daddy... It's true too... Now, this is one of my favorite stories to tell, not sure why, because I am the one that got cheated on, and that was not the first or last ...

Humble Pie Tell us about a time you found out after the fact that you had been mistaken and you had to eat a serving of humble pie. I have never been wrong so I have no idea what that would feel like. I do not ever plan on being wrong, so I do not worry about that.  I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken... Keeping Up With The Jones' Tell us about the one luxury item you wish you could afford, in as much detail as you can. Paint a picture for us. Wow, I really cannot think of anything right now? Maybe holiday decorations? Like spectacular National Lampoon's Griswold Christmas set up!? For each holiday. Not just the money to do so, but the actual get up and do it, and the knowledge that no one would steal it, cuz in this neighborhood, it could very possibly be stolen. In this neighborhood there really is not much that I envy. Possibly a new car, like the Delorian that is described in the book my wonderful wife is reading to me right now! Fear Factor People are afraid of all kinds of things: Spiders, the dark, or being enclosed in small spaces. Tell us about your greatest fear – rational or irrational.   Drowning in a car. Not sure why, I think that it has something to do with a dream I had in middle school, where I was in a car that drive into a lake. The dream was more involved than that, and there were a lot more aspects to it than just the driving into the lake, but nonetheless, I think that is where the fear comes from. I'm not sure the dream really had anything to do with drowning, but still.  When I lived in Virginia we would have to drive on the tunnel bridge sometimes, and I was very careful not to drive off the side of the bridge, and dying horribly as I fear.  Now that live in New Mexico I don't worry about it so much! :)  I bequeath this blog to the world in order to make it a better place. To Boldly Go… An impending new year gives rise to reflection and goal setting. What will your goals for 2015 be? It is never too early to start thinking about self-improvement.  Wow, that is a tough topic...  1. To maintain my GPA 2. To maintain my mind while doing so 3. To say no to things I want to say no to. 4. To stop using contractions. 5. To find joy in my job again, or to find a new path.
