I watched for fun, and I'll watch Air Force One.  Socks 014 - White with blue shades of polka dots. Love these socks, but they are starting to fray and with all the vasoline I use, they are not really white anymore.  I'll miss them when I give them up, but not this round! #MistysMovieTrails Hitch to Wreck It Ralph via Joe Lo Truglio. I enjoy that movie, it's really cute, and while I know nothing is original anymore, this movies seems like it is. Socks 007... Ellen socks I got from Julie last year. I'm sure that cost a thousand times more than my Target socks, but don't tell Julie or Ellen, I like the cheap ones. Came into work early so I have not stepped, hopes get some in today because I am probably not going to feel like it later!  Had some issues with my mom this weekend. #MistysMovieTrails Enemy of the State to Hitch via Will Smith. I like this movie, love the humor of the chubby guy, why can't I think of his name? I love the scene when he is showing Will Smith that he can dance... Doing the Q-tip... Throwing it away... Too funny. Socks 006 - gray with hearts in 5 shades of blue and one green. #MistysMovieTrails Shark Tale to Enemy of the State via Will Smith. I didn't make it very far in that movie... I enjoy that movie, I enjoy I those kinds of action movies, I think it is because I lie to imagine what I would do in the circumstances. When I read a lot of Dean Koontz, I did the same with those books. So much so that I parked my jeep backed into the garage, to make a fast get away, of course! Socks 005. I like these socks, but they are fraying and that makes me sad. They go well worth the pink cuffs in these pants, oh wait, that is just the waist. No one can see that, but I know. Kinda like having matching panties and bra, who's gonna see that? That is just for the person wearing it I think.  #MistysMovieTrails Goodfellas to Shark Tale via Robert Di Nero  I didn't make it into this movie hardly at all! I crashed pretty early, but then again, this is one of my regular go to sleep movies, so there you go. I was just super glad to be able to get to it in the list finally!  Socks 004 Today's sock is a multi colored lines sock. It fits nicely, is not frayed and could match many outfits. Last night I watched Silver Linings Playbook, from Guardians of the Galaxy, via Bradley Cooper, then onto American Hustle, again from Bradley Cooper or Jennifer Lawrence, or even Robert De Niro. I made it all the way through the first movie, and crashed early into the second. I slept better last night than I have in a while. I woke up this morning and stepped for 30 minutes. I drank a giant tumbler full of water, no ice, and so I am well on my way to making my goals today! Good for me! I am wearing gray socks with turquoise spots and purple toe and heel... They are tight on my fat calves... These might go into the reuse pile, not sure. I think that it will depend on if they fall down a lot today. The right one seems to be... #MistysMovieTrails Gladiator to Guardians of the Galaxy via Dgimon Hounsou.  Today is the first day of my sock experiement. Today's subject, i am calling sock 001, or pink orange and frizzy. The pattern is stretched and these are rather old socks so they are frizzy from the popped threads. I cannot get the toe to lay right and it is bothersome in any shoe. I think that these will be the first to go. On another note, I plan to look up ways to reuse old socks, other than puppets. That is the sock that I wore. I like that sock, it does not cause trouble with my toes, does not fall or pinch. I can use these socks when I need to have plain looking socks for work, because the action does not start until way up the calf! ;)

Haven't watched a movie on my list since Thursday night. Tonight I will be watching Gladiator. Also, I will be starting a sock project. I have a drawer full of socks. Starting tomorrow I will tell you what socks I am wearing, and the goal is to wear all of them without wearing any twice. Today I am cheating on my diet, again. I am having chips and soda while I watch the game... I 'fixed' Roberts hug creature that Heather made him a few years ago... it is not as strong as it was but at least there are no gapping wholes. I worked in the garage last night. It is not perfect but it is better... Also had a break down and break through...thanks to my wife for not killing me! Time to get back to the game, we are up by 7. Have not had soda since Sunday night, until this morning... I broke down and bought one, because today is our cheat day... One sip in and I do not like the taste any more, however, Robert said it tasted off to him, so that is not a total determining factor. The thing is, I wanted to do this FOR SCIENCE... because yesterday I got up and stepped,and I had energy to spare most of the day, late into the night (if you saw our nonsensical posts last night, you know!) So, the plan was, get up and step today, get a soda, see how the day went... Soda hurts my tummy, makes me gassy (shhh, don't tell), also, I was tired with in 30 minutes of the first drink, and of course, it made me more thirsty, for water, because soda does not quench the thirst... Also, and this is a big one... I had a hard time breathing again. I have been fine most of the week, and the being winded was getting better as each day passed, but one soda, and my whole life is falling apart... My  kids all dropped out of s...

Well, I actually watched From Hell last night, I did not sleep well either. Nothing to do with the movie, more to do with all the dang cats that come and go all night. I think that tonight I will sleep with my door closed, breaks my heart because I really enjoy the times when Severus comes and lays on my chest and purrs and loves on me. Today will be the first REAL challenge to my new NO SODA rule. I have a meeting, and there will be soda... I will bring my water. There will be pizza, I will have one slice, where I usually have two. If I cannot fight the urge, I will have diet soda, because it is yucky and I will not finish it, but I will try to be strong and fight the urge to have any at all! Got cavaties filled last night, made an appointment to get a wisdom tooth pulled, then another later... School starts soon. Not sure how I feel about that. I feel like I am not really DOING anything, and I have SOMETHING to do, that would be school. I do not like such a long break in betwee...

Sorry about my little break down yesterday. My wife was able to talk me down, and convince me to book a vacation. We may not actually go anywhere, but not being here, might be just the thing that I need. I think the same time as Spring Break for my son's school would be a good idea, and a bad idea. When it is warmer, and we can work on organizing the garage like we have discussed, and the shed, maybe even go to the cabin for a few days... I might have a new boss soon, and I would not want to leave that person hanging, or let them know that they can survive without me ;) Last night I watched Ratatoullie from The Incredibles. Tonight I can get to From Hell, and I like that movie, so there you go. My diet is going reasonably well. Do not really want to call it a diet... Have not had a soda since Sunday evening. No chips either. No snacking after 7 since Sunday night... I did finish off my trail mix Sunday night, so I would not be tempted, you see... I did not make my steps ...

So, in used the 'cheat code' that I put into the rules, saying that I can use the director, producers, or movie studio. I actually might not have said movie studio, but the director, I'm sure will work. When all else fails with a Pixar movie, use John Rattsenburger. Oh my god... I cannot take it anymore. She acts so hard and tough with the rules, but when I try to enforce them, she cuts me off at the knees, especially for her friends. How am I supposed to be taken seriously when she does that shit.   How am I supposed to be taken seriously if she does not tell me where she is going to be, and that is she is going to blow off the things that I schedule for her.   I know that I should be refreshed coming back from this vacation, but 3 hours into it and I need another one. I need her to leave. OR, I need her to step up.   I feel useless here in this job, and I hate my job, and I hate going to work, and I cannot wait to leave each day, and I dred the alarm, not because I have to get out of bed, but because I have to come here.   I used to love this job, what changed? What did I do, or what changed in her that made her start acting like this, so that I HATE MY JOB?   I just want to cry.   I have time invested here, and I do not ...

My wife and I always talked about using the movie that we were currently watching, what ever it might be, to get to the next movie, based on the actors in the current movie. In May of 2014 I decided to go ahead and do that, and I started with Finding Nemo. The idea is that I will go through all of our movies, excluding the horror movies I would never watch anyhow. I am allowed to use the actors, director and even the producers. My wonderful wife helps me by making the list of my possible choices for the next movie. She is a great help to me in this manner, because she is so good at getting every option in front of me! I am going to post the list as I have watched so far, and then daily I will add to it the movie that I watched last, and a little blurb about the movie. Last year I used a prompt a day guide for my blog, this year it is the #MistysMovieTrails. I will blog about other stuff when the fancy strikes me. For now, enjoy the massive list! Finding ...
