Clean Slate
Explore the room that you are in as if for the first time. Pretend you know nothing. What do you see? Who is the person that lives there?

Then there is me. What would someone who does not know me think about me just from this brief encounter? Sitting there with me big headphones on, does that make me some sort of hipster to have what some might consider 'retro' headphones? A throw back to the 70's? No, I jut have tiny ear canals and ear buds don't fit me, plus, I like being enveloped by my music, and these do that. Next, my giant backpack with patches on it, some bought and some made... Giant backpacks says student, or hobo, but I'm in work clothes, so, I'm a student and I have a job? Yes, I am, and today my bag is full, class today? Nope, just can't leave home without a lot of junk. What does that say about me? Hoarder? Yes, kinda, but also maybe that I don't really feel at home anywhere, so I want to make sure I bring some of home with me, why? In case I have to bolt? Possibly, I like to think that it is because I hate down time, so I bring things to keep me busy and hopefully busy at being productive. I can't stand downtime. Somehow I don't think that people would get that from just looking at me?
Work clothes and trainers, so I walk to the bus, or from the bus to work, or at work? No, not at work, or I'd leave my shoes at work...so, to and or from the bus to work. Yes.
My work clothes imply an office job, yes again.
My tappa tappa tappa on this thing, not really making eye contact with anyone, with my not retro headphones on indicates that I don't really want to talk to anyone on this bus, true.
I leave my bag in the seat next to me, but I move it when people might need my seat, so I'm only half inconsiderate? Kinda true, I just know that people generally don't like to sit right next to others, most would rather stand than sit right next to another person they don't know. I learned that while getting my Bus Ph.D, so I don't hold my bag so I can blog, but if someone is around, I'll hold it so I can signal to them that I am not one of those people. If they want to sit, sit. I know what it's like to want to sit, but some wanker has his stuff in the seat, and WON'T MOVE IT.

Ok, this look at the bus which turned into a look at myself is about to end, I'm almost at work!
