FAR FROM HOME
Tell us about the farthest you've ever traveled from home.

Well, I have not traveled a lot, but I have moved a lot. So, no matter where I have gone, it has been my new home. With that in mind, I guess the farthest that I have been from my home would be when we lived in Hawaii, and my dad took us on a submarine. Not really far from home, but under the sea. That's pretty far, at least from ordinary, right?

That, or if you consider Albuquerque my home, then still, Hawaii, and under the sea.

So, farthest I have ever been would be under the sea... Unless you count the time I went to Pluto, and upon my return, my findings were used to disqualify it as a planet? But I don't like to talk about that, my findings were totally misinterpreted at best, and misrepresented at worst. Please don't make me talk about it anymore...

Do you believe in reincarnation? That is a tough one, but very funny that it is 'assigned' on the anniversary of my first marriage... I think that there are different versions of things all through life, stages. So, there are different stages of relationships, the honeymoon, the comfort zone, and finally, using the toilet with the door open... For example. Why can't there be different phases or stages of life? I have heard one theory of reincarnation, being that you live this life to learnt, and in the next life, you learn what you didn't get in the last life. Once a scrounger, always a scrounger

Robert's last day of freshman year is next a Wednesday, that alone is crazy, but it made me remember something. The last day of my freshman year, I actually wanted to go to school. I said good bye to the teachers I liked, but after that, a friend of mine and I went through the halls, and came upon tons of lockers that people had not bothered to clean out... So there were binders and paper and more all over for the taking. I remember lots of loose leaf paper, and I took home as much as I could carry. Now, was that because I am, at heart, a scrounger? Or was it my love of school and office supplies? When I was in 6th grade, same thing, went to the last day, and came home with 'stuff'. However, this time it was supplies AND art projects people had not taken home, including GIANT dice.
