Today's prompt was dumb, so
When you need to make changes do you make them all at once, or slowly?

I guess it depends on the change. So far all of the changes I have made have not stuck.
I can't quit soda
I can't quit saying yes when I mean no
I have not started going swimming at least three times a week.
I have started blogging each day (for the most part)
I have started walking again

I guess I should be fair to myself, no one is perfect, and many people have issues making changes, especially habits, even more so with bad habits.

Yesterday I stayed in bed, tired and run down , most of the day. That right there is a big change for me, it is the second day in three that I did that. If you know me, you know I can't stay put, I don't like downtime.

I don't know, I'm gonna try to cut down on soda until I drink none on weekdays, but I think that my biggest issue is that I equate it to energy, so when I yawn at work 'need a soda' already started mixing my Coke with Coke Zero, been doing that for about three or four days... Baby steps, right?
