My Wife Wrote This In Response To My Post

"Tell someone just how proud you are of them" (or some shit like that)

 

I'm proud of my wife. She doesn't see herself in the awesome bright light that I see her in. She doubts all the things. But what she doesn't realize is that her wife (uh...me) looks up to her. No, I don't want to be like her. That would be stupid and weird. I wouldn't date me..so why would two same ppl want to be together.. No.. But look up to her, yes. She is smart. Beautiful...regardless of size, shape, all that dumb shit. She is a good mom. Is great at her job. A superb problem solver. Caring, thoughtful. She makes and achieves goals. Maybe not all of them, but the big ones, she knocks out of the park. She has the ability to not only put up with my stupid mental shortcomings, but loves me in spite of them when most would have given up on me so long ago. She is patient. Kind. Funny. She has made me a better person, believe it or not. And she has allowed me to support her journey to become the person she wants to be. I am clumsy at it but it's support all the same. She wants to make the world a better place. She is like Dumbledore.. She gives second chances where most would not. I've been on the receiving end of another chance. Her mother and sister who most anyone else would have dropped like a flaming turd have been given numerous chances. And she does all this with a smile. I don't deserve this amazing human but I am thankful every day, and proud to call her wife...
